Ocean Force LLC is MLC 2006 and ISO 9001:2015 certified company registered in Batumi, Georgia. The company was established to provide professional and competent crewing services to our partners for their full satisfaction. We specialize in the recruitment and selection of Georgian crew to serve as mariners aboard foreign-flagged vessels.

We have an extensive database of qualified Georgian mariners of all ranks. All our seafarers are certified in accordance with the STCW convention standards, and all have a large amount of experience at sea on various kinds of vessels and under various flags.

We strive to conduct business with our clients with the utmost professionalism, provide attentive support to our mariners, and will work immediately to resolve any issues that may arise.

We offer assistance in obtaining various kinds of visas for our seafarers, including consultation on all necessary paperwork and documentation. We will work with crewmembers at every step along the way, from the start of the request to the final receipt of the visa.

Visa Services

We arrange insurance for the crew for the duration of the voyage, emphasizing favorable terms and rates.

Insurance Services

We offer a full range of services for effective management of a high quality, professional crew, whether it be for a specific vessel or operation or across your entire fleet. We always hold ourselves and the seafarers we recommend to the highest standards of professionalism and conduct, and are always sure to pay special attention to the preferences of our clients.

Crew Management Services

All our crewmembers are personally selected and prospective applicants carefully screened to verify their experience, competence, fitness and comprehension of English prior to enlistment. All our seafarers are holders of certificates in compliance with IMO, STCW regulations and requirements.
