Ocean Force LLC is MLC 2006 certified company registered in Batumi, Georgia, that specializes in the recruitment and selection of Georgia crews to serve as mariners aboard foreign-flagged vessels.
We strive to provide our seafarers with the opportunity to earn competitive wages, as well as opportunities to advance their careers in the merchant marine.
We have an extensive database of qualified Georgian mariners of all ranks. All our sailors are certified in accordance with the STCW convention standards, and all have a large amount of experience at sea on various kinds of vessels and under various flags.
We strive to conduct business with our clients with the utmost professionalism, provide attentive support to our mariners, and will work immediately to resolve any issues that may arise.

Services for Seafarers
The Director has overall accountability for developing and executing the crewing strategy (Crewing Operations, Marine HR, Training, and Manning Offices), as well as the day-to-day operations of the company:
- Oversee staff. Provide a vision and plan for the development strategy of the company in accordance with our mission, values and resources.
- Execute sound fiscal management and capably manage partner contracts.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and all other stakeholders of the organization.
- Oversee all matters related to accounting and finance.
- Selection and recruitment of qualified seafarers
- Verification of candidates for a given position
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Control of documents and tracking their compliance with international standards and national legislation
- Responsibility for the preparation of necessary documentation such as visas, medical certificates, and transfer reservations
- Organizes all aspects of travel (documents, tickets, etc.) for the arrival of crew members to and return of crew members from relevant ports
- Coordination of this process with colleagues, business correspondence with foreign counterparties
- Assistance in the recruitment of qualified candidates for the position on the vessel
- Work with marine documentation, filling out applications and forms
- Meeting visitors
- Receiving incoming calls
- Ensuring a high-quality office environment for both clients and employees
